Cubbies

As you walk down the stairs, we have all sorts of opportunities for built-ins.

I think these little spaces by the landing would be perfect to hold magazines.  (They're just under the floor of the main floor of the house.)

We're also planning some bookcases and drawers.  It's hard to get a handle on how best to use the space since it's only about 10 inches deep.
