Yep, those are counterweights for sash windows.
Definitely double-hung window counter weights. Don't throw them out!
I won't throw them out, but any idea on what to do with them?
Not sure where the guys found these, but there's a pile of rusted stakes hanging out in the backyard. It's always something new and exciting around here...
